Life Extension Rhodiola Extract 250 mg in Pakistan
Energy Without Stimulants
Many people reach for strong tea, energy drinks, or extra coffee when they feel drained. Those are stimulants, and they work by borrowing energy you’ll want back later.
Rhodiola rosea, sometimes called golden root or arctic root, works differently. It is an adaptogen, an herb traditionally used to help the body adapt to stress. Rhodiola grows in cold, high-altitude regions of Europe and Asia, and it has been used as a tonic by many cultures.
Life Extension Rhodiola Extract provides 250 mg of Rhodiola rosea root extract per capsule. Life Extension says rhodiola supports cellular energy metabolism by promoting efficient production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the molecule your cells use for energy, in the mitochondria. It also supports the body’s ability to respond to the stress of everyday life.
Life Extension is an American brand known for research-driven supplements, and this product is gluten free and Non-GMO.
What Is Inside One Capsule
| Component | Amount |

| Standardized to rosavins (3%) | 7.5 mg |
| Standardized to salidrosides (at least 1%) | 2.5 mg |
| Capsule | Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian) |
| Other ingredients | Rice flour, vegetable stearate, silica |
| Label highlights | Gluten free, Non-GMO |
| Pack size | 60 capsules |
Why standardization matters
Rhodiola extracts vary widely. Rosavins and salidroside are two key compounds, and they’re the ones found in the extracts used in clinical trials. Life Extension standardizes to 3% rosavins and at least 1% salidroside, similar to those concentrations, so each capsule delivers a consistent amount.
Species matters too: this product uses authentic Rhodiola rosea, not Rhodiola crenulata, which is a different species that is sometimes sold under the same “rhodiola” name.
Three Kinds of Tired
| Type of tiredness | What it feels like | Where rhodiola fits |
|---|---|---|
| Mental fatigue | Foggy thinking, trouble concentrating | Traditionally used to support mental performance |
| Physical fatigue | Low stamina, slow recovery | Traditionally used to support endurance |
| Stress fatigue | Drained after long periods of pressure | An adaptogen used to support the response to everyday stress |
None of these replace the basics: sleep, food, water, movement, and rest. Rhodiola is a supportive supplement, not a substitute. And persistent, unexplained tiredness deserves a doctor’s check, since it can be a sign of anaemia, thyroid problems, diabetes, vitamin D or B12 deficiency, or sleep disorders, all of which are common in Pakistan.
