At MyVitamins.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide only original and high-quality vitamins and supplements across Pakistan.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Non-Refundable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds for:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and product images
- Our team will review your request
- If approved, refund or replacement will be processed
Refunds (if applicable) are processed through the original payment method or adjusted as store credit.
