Because this product provides about 1,000 mg of calcium, be careful about adding other calcium supplements or antacids on top of it. Total calcium from food and supplements shouldn’t exceed 2,000 to 2,500 mg a day unless a doctor advises it.

Magnesium can loosen stools in some people. If that happens, take the tablets with food and with fewer tablets at a time, and ask your doctor if it continues.
